Mockingbird Station

In the spring of 2012, Mockingbird Station’s property management team approached USA SHADE about developing a signature shade structure for a seating area at their outdoor retail center. Our sales and engineering teams collaborated with the station’s architect and general contractor on design aesthetics, structure placement and fabric spans, all while minding their modest budget. Utilizing our joined 4-Point Hypar structures, the seating area now features plenty of shade, while the hyperbolic shapes of the shade sails and slanted structural support columns provide dynamic visual aesthetics.
